    °¡Ã³ºÐ½Åû¼Ò¼Û Complaint and Request for Injunction Àº ¿ø°í°¡ ¹ý¿ø¿¡ ¿äûÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ¹ýÀû±¸Á¦Ã¥ a type of legal relief ÀÔ´Ï´Ù.
    °¡Ã³ºÐÀº ´ç»çÀÚ¿¡°Ô ƯÁ¤ÇàÀ§¸¦ÇϰųªÇÏÁö¾Êµµ·Ï to do or refrain from doing a particular act ÇÏ´Â ¹ý¿ø¸í·É a court order À¸·Î ¿ø°íÀÇ ±Ç¸®¶Ç´ÂÀÌÀÍ¿¡ÇÇÇضǴÂÀáÀçÀûÀÎÇÇÇظ¦¹æÁöÇÏ·Á´Â to prevent harm or potential harm to the plaintiff's rights or interests  ¸ñÀûÀÔ´Ï´Ù. ¿¹¸¦ µé¾î ¿ø°í°¡ÇÇ°í¿¡°Ô¿ø°íÀÇÀúÀÛ¹°À»Çã°¡¾øÀÌ»ç¿ëÇϴ°ÍÀ»ÁßÁö a plaintiff may request an injunction to stop a defendant from using the plaintiff's copyrighted material without permission ½ÃÅ°°Å³ª, ÇÇ°í°¡°è¾àÁ¶°ÇÀ»ÁؼöÇϵµ·Ï¿ä±¸ to require a defendant to comply with the terms of a contract Çϱâ À§ÇØ ±ÝÁö¸í·ÉÀ» ¿äûÇÏ´Â °Í ÀÔ´Ï´Ù.

    ¹ý¿øÀÌ °¡Ã³ºÐ, ±ÝÁö¸í·ÉÀ» ½ÂÀÎ If the court grants an injunction Çϸé ÇÇ°í¿¡°Ô ±ÝÁö ¸í·ÉÀ» ³»¸®°í, ÇÇ°í°¡À̸¦ÀÌÇàÇÏÁö¾ÊÀ¸¸é¹ú±ÝÀ̳ª±¸±Ý°°ÀºÃ³¹úÀ»ÇÒ¼ö If the defendant fails to comply, the court can impose sanctions, such as fines or imprisonment ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù.

    1. Masterpiece Cakeshop v.
