    3. û¼Ò³â ¹üÁË Juvenile offenses : ¹Ì¼º³âÀÚÀ½ÁÖ underage drinking ¶Ç´Â ¹«´Ü°á¼® truancy °ú °°Àº û¼Ò³â ¹üÁË¿¡´Â "Çü»ç »ç°Ç ¼Òȯ"ÀÌ µÇ¸ç ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ¼ÒȯÀåÀº ¹Ì¼º³âÀÚÀÇ ºÎ¸ð³ª ÈÄ°ßÀο¡°Ô Àü´ÞµÇ°í À̵éÀº ¹Ì¼º³âÀÚ°¡ ¹ýÁ¤¿¡ ÃâµÎ½Ãų Ã¥ÀÓÀÌ ÀÖÀ½.
