2021년 12월 6일 현재 미국 법원에서 사용중인 민사소송 Civil Cover Sheet 서식입니다.
민사소송장표지 Civil Cover Sheet 는 민사 소송 civil lawsuits 에서 사건 관련 당사자의 기본 정보를 알기 쉽게 보여주는데, 소송이 제기된법원 the court in which the lawsuit is filed 에서 요구하며 해당 법원에서사건을관리하는데사용 is used to help the court manage 됩니다.
민사 표지에는 일반적으로 소송 당사자의이름과주소 the names and addresses of the parties, 사건의성격 the nature of the case 및 구하려는구제의유형 the type of relief being sought 이 포함되어서 관련 사건을 식별하기 좋게 합니다.
때로는 각당사자변호사 the attorneys representing each party 정보와 청구하려는손해액 amount of damages being sought, 및 기타 세부 정보가 포함되며, 또한 배심원재판이요청되는지여부를표시 to indicate whether a jury trial is being requested 하고, 특정판사또는법원부서할당을요청 to request a specific judge or division of the court 하는 데에 사용되기도 합니다.
사건이 어떻게 진행되는지에 영향을 미칠 수 있고, 틀리면 보정명령이 내려지므로 민사표지를정확하고완전하게작성 fill out the Civil Cover Sheet accurately and completely 하는 것이 중요합니다.
각 국가의 법원들은 고유의 소송 서식을 사용하므로 더 추가되는 내용들이 있지만 기본적으로 요구하는 내용은 크게 다르지 않아서 다른 국가와 비슷한 사건일 경우 본 내용을 참고하시기 바랍니다.
