민사사건증인제포영장 Warrant for the Arrest of a Witness in a Civil Case 은 법원이 소환장요구대로문서나기타증거를제출받기위해서 to produce documents or other evidence as required by a subpoena 발부하거나, 증언을해야하는데법정에출두하지않는 fails to appear in court to testify 증인에게 발부할 수 있습니다.
형사사건과 달리 민사사건에서는 보통 증인을 체포하거나 구금하지 않는데 특정 상황에서 증인체포영장 warrant for the arrest of a witness 이 발부되는 것은 심각한문제 a serious matter 가 있는 것으로, 일반적으로 증인의 증언또는증거가사건에중요하고 testimony or evidence is crucial to the case, 증인강제출석또는증거를제출할다른방법이없는 there are no other means of compelling the witness to appear or produce the evidence 경우에 발부됩니다.
대부분의 법원들은 먼저 벌금이나기타제재같은 such as by imposing fines or other sanctions 다른수단으로증인출석을강제또는소환 to compel the witness's appearance or compliance with the subpoena through other means 을 먼저 시도합니다.
증인체포영장이발부되면 If a warrant for the arrest of a witness is issued, 법집행관이집행하며증인을체포 it will be executed by law enforcement officers, who will locate and arrest the witness 합니다.
