아래는 탄자니아내 회사설립 및 비자 안내입니다.
Minimum Capital to incorporate a foreign company is US$ 300,000.00
Required documents are:
- Certified copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- Notice of the location of the registered office in the country of domicile.
- List of Directors of the company.
- Persons resident in the country who are the representatives of the company
# Fees payable is US$ 500 towards registration fees and US$ 300 for filing.

Residence Permit Class "A"
The Residence permits Class "A" .
. Documents required include:
- TIC Certificate of Incentives,
- covering letter,
- six photographs,
- a Curriculum Vitae,
- educational certificates,
- evidence of business premises,
- evidence of company registration,
- sectorial approval from any relevant Ministry and copy of passport pages authentificating nationality and validity of the passport,
- Memorandum and Articles of Association,
- share certificate or share transfer (i.e. for investors who have bought some shares or company.
There is a fee of US$ 1600 for a Class A permits which is generally valid for two years. Permits can be renewed for an additional two years for US$ 800.
Residence Permit Class "B"
Documents required include
- a covering letter,
- five photographs,
- curriculum vitae,
- job description,
- organisation structure of the company,
- academic qualifications,
- clearances from local professional bodies,
- employment contract,
- copy of passport pages authentificating nationality and validity of the passport, evidence that the company has tried to fill the position with a Tanzanian.
Class B residence permits have a fee of US$ 600 for two years. There is a renewal fee of US$ 300.
NB: US$ 20 has to be paid for all types of permits as fee for re-entry pass in respect of each permit holder and his/her dependant(s) endorsed in such permit(s).
Processing time
1) Certificate of incorporation-2 Weeks
2) Business Registration -Two Weeks
3) Visa -Four Weeks
However, Clients with whom we have retainer agreement may not be bound by the above price list as we always charge them a negotiated price for the rendered service
Fees on instruction and retainership:
While we remain considerate to our permanent clients in terms of fees payable, it is also our policy that we are not cheap, to avoid accumulating bulky works so as to perform our duty professionally, and efficiently. However we are flexible on some circumstances judging every instruction or retainer ship fee on its own merits.
Below is our schedule for your consideration
Instructions to undertake any legal tasks such as search, tracing opinion registration etc c c c.USD $300 to 1,000(Depending on the time engaged: This last fee is for Approximately 12hrs full time).
Registration or company formation $ 850.00
To 1200.00 (depending on the amount of work involved).
Preparation of specified statutory forms and drafting of legal documents $500-1000 (depending on the amount of work involved).
To institute a suit or defend in any case USD $1000
However, Clients with whom we have retainer agreement may not be bound by the above price list as we always charge them a negotiated price for the rendered service
RETAINER CLIENT
The legal services provided for under retainer agreement will be for impromptu issues, which shall include but not be limited to:-
a. Legal opinion on verbal/telephone consultations
b. Attestation of various documents
c. Verification of court orders
d. Company searches
e. Other services which cannot be monetarily assessed
(i) That in a retainer agreement if agreed upon then in return your organization shall pay between Ten Thousand US Dollars Only Per Annum ($10,000.00) and Fifteen Thousand US Dollars ($15,000.00) per annum.
(ii) The proposed amount shall be paid in two equal instalments at the interval of six months
