Warranty
One (1) year limited warranty Palo Alto Audio Design product (2 year limited warranty only in the countries of European Union (EU)). Palo Alto Audio Design products are delivered under the highest quality standards. However, if any problem or defect in this product should be found, Palo Alto Audio Design and its regional distributors would warrant free of charge labor and replacement. (exclusions may apply) This limited warranty is valid for a period of ONE (1) YEAR (TWO YEAR in EU) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user from an authorized Palo Alto Audio Design dealer.
WARRANTY 1. This warranty is fully consumer-to- consumer transferable on condition that the current owner produces the original evidence of purchase from a Palo Alto Audio Design authorized dealer. 2. Palo Alto Audio Design will either exchange the defective product with a new or refurbished product with equivalent performance and reliability to the original product or repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new parts or refurbished parts with equivalent performance and reliability to the new.
LIMITATION 1. This remedy is limited to the repair of parts or replacement. Palo Alto Audio Design is not liable for transportation and installation charges. 2. The maximum liability of Palo Alto Audio Design shall not exceed the retail price actually paid.
If your country or state does not allow any LIMITATION or
EXCLUSION by its law, above terms may not apply to you.
EXCLUSIONS This warranty will not be applicable: 1. to consumable parts or paintings or coatings designed to diminish over time 2. If any product serial number has been removed, defaced, or altered. 3. to any non-Palo Alto Audio Design product. 4. to any product purchased from unauthorized dealer. 5. in cases other than defects in materials and/or workmanship at the time of purchase. 6. to damages caused by inappropriate installation, connection or packing. 7. to damages caused by using components other than included in the product package. 8. to damages caused by any use other than that described in the user manual or by any violation of instruction in the manual or safety instruction. 9. if any part has been modified, altered, or repaired by an unauthorized person. 10. to damages caused by accidents, negligence, abuse, misuse, lightening, water, fire heat, war, public disturbances or any other cause beyond the control of Palo Alto Audio Design.
WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCESS If your Palo Alto Audio Design product requires service within the Warranty period, please use the following procedure: Please visit http://www.paloaltoaudio.com. The original purchase invoice with retailer name and date of purchase may be required. Does not apply to products purchased second hand.
