CHECKLIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR INCORPORATION OF
Limited Liability Partnership in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1.Application form.
2.Charter of the LLP / 3 copies in Kazakh and Russian. Shall be signed by Founder or its representatives and notarized.
3.Decision of Founder on establishing the LLP. / 1 apostiled original. It could be also signed by representatives of Founder. Translation into Kazakh and Russian can be prepared and notarized in Almaty.
4.Power of attorney (PoA) / 1 apostiled original. Translation into Kazakh and Russian can be prepared and notarized in Almaty.
5.Memorandum and Articles of association of Founder / 1 apostiled copy. Translation into Kazakh and Russian can be prepared and notarized in Almaty.

6.Certificates of incorporation of Founder / 1 apostiled copy. Translation into Kazakh and Russian can be prepared and notarized in Almaty.
7.Certificate of local Tax Committee confirming that Founder has no tax debts in Kazakhstan / Can be obtained, only after *** receives the apostiled power of attorney to act on behalf of the Founders.
8.Document confirming legal address of the LLP. 1)letter of guarantee, or lease contract, AND 2)documents confirming the right of ownership. / These documents shall be provided by Founders or its representatives in Kazakhstan. 1 original 1 copy
9.Receipt of State Fee payment
10.Passport of the LLP Director / 1 apostiled copy.
11.Tax payer number certificate of the LLP Director / 1 copy
