Financial statements show management performance through various indicators such as the company's asset composition and debt ratio, so it is essential to check the company's current situation to plan for the future.
Financial statements consist of a statement of financial position, statement of income and loss, statement of cash flows, statement of changes in equity, and notes.
1. Balance sheet: Check the current status of the company through liabilities, assets and equity.
2. Income Statement: Confirmation of business performance such as sales, operating profit, and net profit.
3. Cash Flow Statement: Checking the inflow and outflow of funds through operating, investing and financing activities.
4. Capital change table: Confirmation of changes in capital through capital increase, dividends, etc.

A financial statement is good to look at each item individually, but a company value can be read more closely when calculated by comparing several items.
Three indicators that can be calculated through financial statements.
1. ROE (Return On Equity): An indicator that indicates how much profit was made by utilizing capital. If you made a profit of 1 million won for one year with a capital of 10 million won, the ROE is 10%.
2. PER (Price Earnings Ratio): Indicates how many times the price of a company sold in the market is its net profit. If a company that makes a profit of 1 million won for one year is sold for 10 million won, the PER is 10.
3. PBR (Price Book Value Ratio): Indicates how many times the price of a business sold and sold in the market is its net worth. If a company started with $10,000 in assets and traded in the market for $20,000, the PBR would be 2.
